Pelican Palm is nestled in a secluded gated neighborhood flanked by a private beach on one side, a dune lake on another and the 18 mile bike trail that runs along scenic 30A and the gulf. 125 steps down the neighborhood boardwalk right in front of the house takes you directly to pver the dunes and to the beach--no busy roads to cross!
The Master bedroom with a queen bed on the upper level has its own large bath. A second bedroom suite has two twins on the first floor along with an equally large full bath and a private covered porch with bench swing. A queen sleeper in the living room adds sleeping accommodations for two more. A screen porch off the off the living area is great for catching the ocean breezes. Pelican Palm comes well equipped with all the amenities you want at the beach including, two cable TVs, VCR, DVD/CD player, well-equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, dishwasher, ice-maker, washer/dryer, screened porch, garage and fenced-in yard to keep that special pet friend safe. We also offer Cable Internet Access.
Sunrise or sunset, enjoy walks on the sugar sand beach or play in the warm clear waters of the Gulf. Fish in the lake from the community dock. Ride your bike to either Seaside or Rosemary Beach for upscale restaurants and shopping. Play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses. The Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course is less than a mile. The largest designer outlet mall in the country is a short drive to Sandestin. The night life, theaters, malls and day time amusements are a quick drive into either Destin or Panama City.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Security Deposit is due within 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount + Cleaning, taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25.
REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service (www.nhc.noaa.gov) may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
