Trading Spaces was professionally decorated in a fun and funky, whimsical art deco style that reflects the “fun in the sun” atmosphere that surrounds you in Santa Rosa Beach. Trading Spaces is a non-smoking, 3 bedroom, 2 and ½ bath cottage that sleeps 8 or 9 guests. The front porch leads you into a spacious living area where you will find a large eat-in kitchen, with corian counters and an open breakfast bar/dining area, half bathroom, full laundry facilities, and a large family room for watching your favorite movie on the 32” television with surround sound speakers or just conversing with friends and family. Off the family room is a large wrap around deck, which overlooks the community pool, located DIRECTLY behind Trading Spaces….a perfect spot to keep an eye on the kids while you relax with a cool drink in one of the porch rockers. Solid oak flooring throughout both levels lends an elegant yet warm and inviting touch.

Upstairs the master bedroom comes complete with king size bed, private bath, and a covered porch. Down the hall are a full bath and two guest bedrooms. One guest room has a twin over full bunk bed and the other a Queen size bed. A queen size sleeper in the main family room rounds out the sleeping accommodations. The guest rooms have 20” flat screen TV’s with DVD/VCR players and the master has a 27” TV with DVD/VCR player. Plenty of books, magazines and family games are available for your enjoyment as well. Fast access cable internet is available.

Old Florida Village is a new “Seaside Style” quaint neighborhood of 67 colorful cottage style homes on a quiet dead end lane. Trading Spaces is the 3rd house on the street and conveniently located just across the street and a short stroll from the famous sugar white sands of the emerald coast (.3 mile or about 500 steps). Santa Rosa Beach’s Gulf Place shops are just a few blocks away offering great restaurants, artist boutiques, summer concerts on the “green” and the famous Lucille’s Gossip Parlor (Ice Cream Shop).

Two porches off the living area and master bedroom allow for enjoying the friendly neighborhood atmosphere, gulf breezes and barbecuing on the gas grill. An outside shower provides a quick clean up for family members after a day at the beach. A community pool immediatly behind the back yard is great for families with kids that need some close supervision and those occasional diversions from the beach. Four TVs/DVD/VCRs, Play Station 2 with games and Cable Internet Acess provide plenty of diversions for those occassional rainy days.

Old Florida Village is a new "Seaside" style quaint neighborhood of just 75 colorful cottage style homes on a quiet dead end lane just across the street from the famous sugar white sands and emerald green water of the Florida Panhandle Gulf. Bienvenue's location, as the fifth house on the street, makes it a convenient stroll (.3 mile or about 500 steps) to the beach access.

Santa Rosa Beach is just a short ten-minute drive to the largest factory store mall in the country as well as all the family and adult activities of Sandestin/Destin. Our Beach Bungalow is nestled in a secluded gated neighborhood flanked by a private beach on one side, a dune lake on another and the 18 mile bike trail that runs along scenic 30A and the gulf. 100 steps down the neighborhood boardwalk from the house takes you directly to the beach and over the dunes.

The Master bedroom with a king bed has its own large bath. A second bedroom has two twins. A third room off the kitchen has a day bed with trundle (no closet). A second full bath completes this cozy one level home. The Bungalow comes well equipped with all the amenities you want at the beach including, two cable TVs, VCR, DVD/CD player, well-equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, dishwasher, ice-maker, washer/dryer, screened porch, garage and fenced-in yard to keep that special pet friend safe. We also offer Cable Internet Access.

Sunrise or sunset, enjoy walks on the sugar sand beach or play in the warm clear waters of the Gulf. Fish in the lake from the community dock. Ride your bike to either Seaside or Rosemary Beach for upscale restaurants and shopping. Play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses. The Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course is less than a mile. The largest designer outlet mall in the country is a short drive to Sandestin. The night life, theaters, malls and day time amusements are a quick drive into either Destin or Panama City.

It is just west of Panama City Beach, at the end of a quiet dead end street, a wonderful location for adults or families with children. Walk down 100 steps to a secluded, uncrowded beach with its famous emerald green water. Enjoy quiet South Walton County without the high rises and the entertaining activities of Panama City Beach, a short drive away. Travel west on Hwy 98 to visit Destin/Sandestin.

The Village of Rosemary Beach, adjacent to our community, offers shopping, concerts and a charming village green. The town of Seaside, 8 minutes west, offers an array of enjoyable activities as well. First class golf courses abound in the area. Camp Creek Golf Course, designed by Tom Fazio, is a 5 minute drive. A new Greg Norman Course is 5 minutes east. An 18 mile bike path winds along scenic 30a with views of the gulf, quaint beach towns, dunes, and coastal dune lakes.

The owner of Inlet Sands has taken great care in decorating this special mini-home in hand selected antiques with Country French accessories. The kitchen and bath have been recently remodeled with Italian tile counters and newer appliances. It would be very comfy for a couple or a couple with a small child or two in the hall bunks. All the amenities are furnished including TV. VCR, stereo linens. A coin operated washer and dryer is available in the complex. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. Sleeping accommodations are a queen poster bed and built in single in the hall bunks for a maximum of 3.

The “Coast Inn” is a spacious 2200 sq. ft. with four bedrooms and three baths, with sleeper sofas in the living area and the tower bonus room. There are great views of the gulf from tall levels and and especially the tower. There are 6 TV’s and 3 VCRs and 3 DVDs “for movies”, a video game machine, and books for your indoor relaxation. Enjoy the bistro tables with swivel bar stools and four chairs on each deck for your outside enjoyment. The master has a nice table for your "office at the beach" or for the internet junkie. Your home at the beach is decorated to the tee with all conveniences. Washing and drying clothes in the laundry room will even provide a great view of the gulf. Attention to detail is evident throughout the house especially in the kitchen, which has all conveniences for inside dinning. There are two wrap around covered porches, one with an electric grill and bistro table, the other with table and chairs near the gas grill provided for your outside dinning pleasure.

Biglows Bungalow is a spacious 1600 sq ft house in Gulfside Cottages of Miramar Beach. 4 bedrooms plus a tower room provide ample sleeping quarters for up to 13 people in 1 king, 2 queens, 1 twin over double bunk, 2 queen sofa beds.

The tower room has a gulf view. Two porches for catching the gulf breezes and a carport for your car and grilling add to your beach experience. The cottage is within steps of the private beach walkover with no roads to cross. Sands Designer Mall, the largest in the country, is within walking distance as well as resturants and all the other activities that Destin/Sandestin are noted for.

Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.

Studio--Just 175 Steps to beach--The Beach on a Budget.

Beach Bargain is an attractively furnished studio that is ideal for a single, a couple or couple with 1 or 2 small children. It is on the second floor, with a screen porch overlooking the pool. It is located in a small complex of 18 units in Inlet Beach. It is just west of Panama City Beach, at the end of a quiet dead end street, a wonderful location for adults or families with children. Walk down 175 steps to a secluded, uncrowded beach with its famous emerald green water. Enjoy quiet South Walton County without the high rises and the entertaining activities of Panama City Beach, a short drive away. Travel west on Hwy 98 to visit Destin/Sandestin and world's largest designer outlet mall. A WIFI hotspot is at Shades Restaurant within walking distance.

The Village of Rosemary Beach, adjacent to our community, offers shopping, concerts and a charming village green. The town of Seaside, 8 minutes west, offers an array of enjoyable activities as well. First class golf courses abound in the area. Camp Creek Golf Course, designed by Tom Fazio, is a 5 minute drive. A new Greg Norman Course is 5 minutes east. An 18 mile bike path winds along scenic 30a with views of the gulf, quaint beach towns, dunes, and coastal dune lakes.

Sleeping accommodations are a comfortable queen murphy bed and two hall bunks, ideal for a couple with one or two small children. All the amenities are furnished including TV. VCR, stereo linens. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences.
