The Master bedroom with a queen bed on the upper level has its own large bath. A second bedroom suite has two twins on the first floor along with an equally large full bath and a private covered porch with bench swing. A queen sleeper in the living room adds sleeping accommodations for two more. A screen porch off the off the living area is great for catching the ocean breezes. Ride your bike to either Seaside or Rosemary Beach for upscale restaurants and shopping. Play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses. The Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course is less than a mile. The largest designer outlet mall in the country is a short drive to Sandestin. The night life, theaters, malls and day time amusements are a quick drive into either Destin or Panama City.

…You will come back year after year to this new (2004) old Florida beach cottage. Trading Spaces was professionally decorated in a fun and funky, whimsical art deco style that reflects the “fun in the sun” atmosphere that surrounds you in Santa Rosa Beach. Trading Spaces is a non-smoking, 3 bedroom, 2 and ½ bath cottage that sleeps 8 or 9 guests. The front porch leads you into a spacious living area where you will find a large eat-in kitchen, with corian counters and an open breakfast bar/dining area, half bathroom, full laundry facilities, and a large family room for watching your favorite movie on the 32” television with surround sound speakers or just conversing with friends and family. Off the family room is a large wrap around deck, which overlooks the community pool, located DIRECTLY behind Trading Spaces….a perfect spot to keep an eye on the kids while you relax with a cool drink in one of the porch rockers. Solid oak flooring throughout both levels lends an elegant yet warm and inviting touch.
Upstairs the master bedroom comes complete with king size bed, private bath, and a covered porch. Down the hall are a full bath and two guest bedrooms. One guest room has a twin over full bunk bed and the other a Queen size bed. A queen size sleeper in the main family room rounds out the sleeping accommodations. The guest rooms have 20” flat screen TV’s with DVD/VCR players and the master has a 27” TV with DVD/VCR player. Plenty of books, magazines and family games are available for your enjoyment as well. Old Florida Village is a new “Seaside Style” quaint neighborhood of 67 colorful cottage style homes on a quiet dead end lane. Our Beach Bungalow is nestled in a secluded gated neighborhood flanked by a private beach on one side, a dune lake on another and the 18 mile bike trail that runs along scenic 30A and the gulf. 100 steps down the neighborhood boardwalk from the house takes you directly to the beach and over the dunes.
The Master bedroom with a king bed has its own large bath. A second bedroom has two twins. A third room off the kitchen has a day bed with trundle (no closet). A second full bath completes this cozy one level home. The Bungalow comes well equipped with all the amenities you want at the beach including, two cable TVs, VCR, DVD/CD player, well-equipped kitchen, microwave, blender, dishwasher, ice-maker, washer/dryer, screened porch, garage and fenced-in yard to keep that special pet friend safe. We also offer Cable Internet Access.
Sunrise or sunset, enjoy walks on the sugar sand beach or play in the warm clear waters of the Gulf. Fish in the lake from the community dock. Ride your bike to either Seaside or Rosemary Beach for upscale restaurants and shopping. Play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses. The Tom Fazio designed Camp Creek Golf Course is less than a mile. The largest designer outlet mall in the country is a short drive to Sandestin. The night life, theaters, malls and day time amusements are a quick drive into either Destin or Panama City.

Your oceanfront luxurious accommodations has granite counter tops in kitchen and in all bathrooms, secure high speed internet access, three televisions, DVD, washer & dryer. The decor is a high end West Indies theme. Very exclusive resort and furnishings. No expense has been spared. 400 thread count sheets, high end decor and fully stocked kitchen. The living room and master bedroom are oceanfront with doors to oceanfront balcony! 2 Kings, 1 Queen and a sofa bed.
There is a lazy river that is set in a tropical West Indies Theme with waterfall and rock formations that look like an ancient ruin. Water cascades down on you as you float. There is 500 foot of beach frontage with no other condos anywhere nearby. This resort is set in a residential neighborhood so your beach will be as private as can be!
There is a tanning lawn, spas/hot tubs, three pools, and children's splash pool! There is a zero entry pool for the toddlers that has the water spouts that shoot out of the ground! There are children's activities such as pizza & movie night, scanvenger hunts, arts and crafts, etc. There an unbelievable Ocean front upscale dining room that has "Award Winning Cuisine". The food is outstanding!
There are beach front rocking chairs on the resorts lanai reminiscent of days long ago. There is typically a solo guitarist who sings Jimmy Buffet songs while you rock in your chairs and look at the beautiful view. There are also waiters who come around to your chair and take your drink order. What more could you ask for?

All mattresses are top of the line! This is not your typical rental condo! We only purchase high end condos. Look at our comments from past renters of all of our condos and see that we will exceed your expectations!
There are two balconies and windows everwhere! There are multiple chairs with cushions on the balconies to lounge on as well as a table with chairs to eat on. There are televisions/DVD in every bedrooms as well as the living room.
